DeathByJets you are a very smart man and i have to agree the jets are a horrible franchise and for the last 12 years nothing has changed.
I guess im just a bit more upset after seeing the new attitude after 3 weeks but what do you know 3 weeks later and we still suck.

He's only 9, so he'll probably cry a couple more times in his Jets career. Eventually, he'll cry during some big event, and that'll be it. He'll have a emotional callus over his very soul, and never shed a tear again.

    He'll get over it.

Sucks you and your family had to freeze and watch the Jets give this game away.

Wow, this might be one of the best replies I've ever read on here. So true...

This game was just stunning; wish it had gone better if nothing for your son's first live experience, unfortunately, the reality of the Jets shined through.

I've told this story on here before... I was on my way to Dallas for the Thanksgiving game a few years ago. My son wasn't due until mid December. I had to work a few hours and head to the airport. Well my wife went into labor while I was at work. Needless to say trip canceled and son born hours ....many ... many hours later in fact it was Wednesday. He was 1 day old when we got thrashed by the Cowboys... he cried alot but I don't know if it was the Jets or just being a day old. My guess is it was the Jets that gave him colic for three months.

    The Jets made me cry.

My 10 year old brother just doesn't understand yet. I've been trying to so hard to get him away from the Jets. He thinks he can handle it.

He tried really hard. When the Bills hit the FG, he "It's OK"....then his head dropped and he couldn't hold it in.

He was inconsolable for about a half hour and then started to perk up. He'll be OK, but I am pissed at this team for crushing him after how excited he was.

Hey troll... welcome back. I guess watching our Jets kick your boy's asses weren't enough to keep you away. I find it funny that you clowns don't post when we are 3-0 but as soon as we start losing your back. I guess once the only team people in Assachuesetts cared about pre-2001 gets embarrassed in the MLB playoffs it's time to visit the Jets boards. Boy I feel so sorry for you pathetic Massholes.

Thats the last time i cried for sports. Im a Jet,Knick,Yankee and Rangers fan and the doug brien game is the saddest and most heartbreaking game i have ever watched in all the sports. It took forever to get over that well im still not over it.
