Green Out for Buffalo Game? I saw a post on facebook that they are planning a Green Out for the Buffalo game. Aren't they wearing the White Titans jerseys that game? Seems like a lack of coordination. Also included on the flyer was a mention that if you go to the Jets Shop in Manhattan with your Buffalo Game tickets and buy a green jersey they will give you free tickets to the Carolina game on Nov 29th.
i think the Jets should continue to ask for the fans to come out and be a real crowd for the next 4 seasons until they are conditioned to it and it becomes 2nd nature.
It'll be interesting to see how the crowd is this week after 2 straight losses. Probably won't match the NE game crowd but they were pretty good in the rain against Tennessee as well.
I agree, I hope to God the boo's don't start. That drives me nuts. Matt Holliday, well you know. When you got back to St, Louis they cheered for him even louder. Try cheering for our team, seemed to help against the Pats!!
I hope the boos don't start either, but if it's the 2nd quarter, Buffalo is up 3-0, and our defense lets T.O. or Evans make a big play to go up 10-0, I'm booing like crazy. Losing to Buffalo is unacceptable, and after two straight losses, it's time to get back on the winning track. I'm just pissed I bought a blue and a white authentic this year, but not a green, so I don't really have a good green jersey.
I can handle that, but if we don't convert on our first drive I don't want to hear it. I don't want Mark to have a bad taste in his mouth about our fan base when the going gets tough.
Even if there weren't two threads on the topic, I would have changed the Green out name because that confused me. I thought "Howard Green is out? Should I care? Crap, we have Shonn Greene, too, and no one ever spells his name right. He better not be hurt again. Oh, it's just a stupid promotion."

Yea i thought they were supposed to wear the White Titans uniforms this week! Its not going to even get close to a green out unless they hand out Green Ponchos or towels or something ....if its raining you will see yellow orange every color.
If the boos start in the 2nd Q, then its SOJ fans too, which is sad... Coming off 2 road losses that stings, but they can pick it right back up Sunday with the support of everyone in that stadium..I can guarantee I won't be booing and will be up on every D play again... LETS GO JETS!!!
So the promotion asks you to wear your green jersey to the Bills game, after which you can bring your stub to, and buy a shirt at the Jets shop to get free Panther tickets? Is it just me, or shouldn't the green out be after the jersey purchase promotion? SOJ
