His mother may call him Channing Crowder, but he'll always be C-R-A-M-M-I-N-G C-H-O-W-D-E-R to me. Honestly, I think it was luck that Ginn got by the defenders. Nice throw and catch though. No denying that.
I don't find anything wrong with what you just posted. From a talent standpoint, the Jets do have a better team. I am not comparing you to this team but the Raiders also probably have better talent than does Miami. The game isn't won on talent alone, right? Our record should be better than it is. We could have won all three of our first three games but mistakes killed us. The fact remains that we are 2-3 and cannot afford to have many more losses if we are going to have a chance at the post season. I ain't mad at ya for being a Jets fan! You should ride for your team. But, some of you need to take of the green colored glasses occasionally so that they can see the truth. Of course, the same can be said for some Miami fans and their orange colored glasses....
 Well, alrighty then! There's always a certain amount of luck involved in any play. That's what makes us so passionate about this game!
Aint nothing to argue with here. ***Side note I have green contact lenses, lol*** The Raider suck, they've drafted near the top for years so the talent should be there, but they seem to know how to draft busts like no other. Wouldn't mind their CB though.
What I see about a lot of Jets fans is that they get too high after a win and too low after a loss...
What does unacceptable mean? We are not allowed to lose. We can't lose to an AFC east team, the Dolphins, a 1-3 team, on October 12, on a Monday??? Its week 5 dammit, Jet fans who makes this anything more then a loss makes me mad. Now, if we lose to the lowly Bills at home after the Dolphins loss, then we have issues. We are gonna be 5-2 with the Dolphins coming to our house and we will make the Pats crowd in week 2 seem like a tennis match
Here's the bottom line on the "SOJ" mantra - it's not enough just to say "this isn't the same old Jets". Lou Holtz, Joe Walton, Bruce Coslet, Pete Carrol, Rich Kotite, Herm Edwards and Eric Mangini all hit us with the "this ain't the same ol' Jets" schtick, and of course they were. Show me that they aren't the SOJ. Then I will take all your talk seriously. The Miami loss was a serious SOJ moment. Let's see what happens now.
So anytime they lose it is SOJ? Not many teams get through a season without some adversity, adversity that I think some fans can't even handle. They were not going undefeated. But I see the fanbase giving up already. Sad. But that is SOJF.
Yeah it's freaking ridiculous!! SOJ fans are getting old and tiresome, I think the only thing that will shut them up is if we go 19-0. I wish they would root for the Giants or something, it's so old.
I'm in your camp on this one. They pulled out all of the stops with their wildcat sets against the Jets on Monday night. It was like they saved their entire Wildcat playbook for one game. They showed their hand to a lot of teams in the future to win a MNF game in the first half of the season.
Showed our WC playbook? We threw one pass, and either rammed down your throat or handed the ball to Ricky on a Jets Sweep. The WC playcalling was traditional shit we do every week. Your great defense was outmatched by a bigger, stronger, and faster offense. Stop living in denial, it's unhealthy. We have a dominating O-line and two great running backs. We simply pushed your shit in and smacked you around for all the world to see. Without 2 bogus PI calls to keep 1 drive alive which lead to a score and the other to hand feed you a TD at the goal line (not to mention two fake punts) the game is a laugher. Your QB had a couple of good throws, but was generally worthless going for 50% completion. We're going to see you in three weeks are beat the living fuck out of the SOJ in NY (aka Dolphins North), just like we did last year to end your season.
I love it, a Phags fan that shows up on the board AFTER a win to tell us how dominant his team is. You didn't even have the balls to post here before the game, your team is not as dominant as you seem to think, and there are only so many look you can give with a single wing offense. That 'traditional shit you do every week' accounted for an average of 8 offensive downs in the first 4 weeks, and 17 in week 5, with a different look on almost each down, and many different personnel packages than they have shown in one week. They not only showed their hand in personnel packages, but also in game situations. They showed their hand, sorry son. Ain't happening in week 8. The Jets didn't prepare for the WC well enough, and it was evident to anyone that knows anything about football, which obviously excludes you. The Jets were playing safeties far off the line way too many times with Ronnie Brown taking direct snaps, because he simply is not as good a passer to demand that type of respect from safeties. Add to that, the Jets didn't watch enough film on that offense, because they didn't read the fakes well enough to decide which contain to cheat, and that is all in preparation. The Jets' OC and HC in the previous week pretty much stated that they weren't taking the WC as seriously as they apparently should have on Monday night. Go blow it out your ass, front runner. You're a typical Phins fan. You were probably in a coma for the entire 2007 season. Pussy.
But he can go ahead and "push the shit in" of the NY Jets. I can guess this punk wants to have sex with Jenkins.
