    ellis has been invisible so far. d-line will need to be upgraded in the offseason. ellis has a lot of mileage on him and it shows

    Shaun Ellis gets WAYY too much heat on this board. Hes bee a very good DE in the league since we drafted him. Sure hes not flashy(Abe) but hes a rock. The man was 2nd in the NFL with 8 sacks last year only behind Richard Seymours 8.5 sacks for DEs who play in the 3-4. What does Ellis bring to the table? Hes extremely durable NEVER misses a game unless hes getting high and is a 2 way player meaning he can stop the run and pressure the QB. Shitting on Mr Consistent for last nights game when the entire front 7 outside of Kris Jenkins were no shows is crazy talk.

    And I wouldn't touch Julius Peppers with a 10 foot pole. He is the DEFINITION of inconsistency. Don't let his sacks fool you he can't stop the run and hes horrible at shedding blocks due to poor technique. He lacks the passion and desire to be the best which is why he is not the best. Amazing athlete with no fire. Hmmm I think we have one of those players on our team don't need anymore(Gholston)

    Shaun has been very good here for a long time but I've noticed he has been getting pushed back off the line of scrimmage to where he is not being helpful. The last 2 games it has been especially noticeable.

    I would like him to turn it around. He has been a 3- 4 end for 4 years now, not like there is anything he hasn't seen before.
