Just sad and pathetic. Largest crowd in the history of the stadium, (47,296), temp is 54 degrees and the sun has gone down....they should give everyone a free jersey just for showin' up...the game just totally sucks, big time. YUCK!

I think the Cardinals would've had a better than 50% chance of winning the series had Holliday caught the ball.

"Holliday...got a standing ovation from a sellout crowd of 47,296 before his first at bat...."

Poor guy is going to feel horrible about not catching that ball FOREVER.

I think they were just breaking balls. Anheuser-Busch headquarters are in St. Louis

Ahhhhhh, comprende....Joe Torres was awesome after the game...1st words out of his mouth were what a great team they had just played against.

Albert Pujols would not even speak in the post game conf....there is probably a deep funk in the Pujols household today.

Nice work by the Dodgers, great start by Padilla. Torre scared me when he took him out but then again if he listened to me he probably wouldn't have started him so what do I know?

The pitchers will be very well rested, I hope the long layoff doesn't hurt the guys who were hot like Furcal, Ethier and now Manny. It killed the Rockies a couple of years ago.

This was an extraordinarily stupid comment, because Holliday's error will go down as one of the worst errors in playoff history. It was, without a doubt, a momentum changer.
