I swear I spit my coffee all over my screen when I read this one........

So is this "Orange out" actually so the team can't tell that there is only 12 Fins fans in the stands ?

Well I'm pretty sure they don't pan for gold in California anymore but the 49ers are still the 49ers. In fact I could ask why your still the Jets seeing how that name came from the fact that your stadium was right next to LaGuardia Airport well it isn't anymore so you should change your name. Do you see how ridicules your statement is now? I also don't know how you figure there are no more orange groves south of the Indian river, thats just simply not true.

The funniest part of this to me is the fact that some of you are making fun of the fact that we have orange seats in our stadium when in fact so do you. At least thats part of our team colors. But thats right your team doesn't even have a stadium does it, your just renters at from an actual NFL team I forgot.

1-The difference is there are people in our seats when the game is being played.

2-We're opening a new place next year.

    3-Thanks for playing.

Sorry don no I don't see how ridiculous my statement is. You live down here correct? If you live south of palm beach you more then likely a UM fan if you follow college football. North of Palm beach you find mostly Gator and Seminole fans correct?
The 49 name actually makes sense at least there a local history of panning for gold, at least the Jets played near an airport when was the last time an Orange was shipped from Dade County? 1950 what? If there are more groves south of the lake please show me. Mostly out west just swamp and sugar cane. Where are these groves. Heck I went by Flamingo in Davie and did not see the usual ones anymore. Times change granted but don't get huffy puffy. Was in the red lands and did not see any there either. And remember before the Jets we were the Titans.
My point is don't try to be a state thing when in fact it does not matter anymore orange stopped mattering when the Bucs came on the scene in the 70s. The real question why did they stay with horrid colors? The Bucs saw the light and changed them heck the Jags never had them but 50 years and going strong. With those colors the fins and 9ers should change colors.

No, the teams are splitting the cost and ownership of the stadium. It's been in all the papers, you could pick one up if you're interested. I'm sure somebody could help you with the big words.

The Don almost reaches a decent level of intelligence, but comes up short.

the Fin fans still have Zero posters on this board who can strike up an intelligent debate the way some of our Pats residents can.

The Bills aren't going to be discussed. They're embarrassing.

    Here's the leaderboard:

    Pats- 5
    Fins/Bills - fucking zilch.

    how sad.

....I'm sorry, but don't the Canes call that stadium home also ?

....and that line might actually get some people pissed off if the brandy new stadium, which is being built jointly by BOTH teams, and is built to make everyone feel right at "home", wasn't sitting 95% complete right next to this one already.

well, if you own half and they own half - then its an equal share.

    that's simple math. Wow.

don't you play on a baseball field?

You just totally contradicted yourself. So because the 49ers name comes from a history of panning for gold (a really long time ago) and the Jets had a stadium next to an airport (a really long time ago) We don't have the same right to the orange because it was (a really long time ago) that orange groves where in actual Miami? Whatever. As far as the groves in south Florida now, south central Florida is still packed with groves and yes I live down here and have my whole life. The coast on both side no longer have groves because there is more money in beaches a tourism then oranges at this point.

Sorry Don try again, you guys are renting out that stadium every freaking year the name changes.the saddest day in south florida was when robbie sold the team. that very minute in time shoiuld be etched in your mind. after that every owner has been a money grubber now with new name how many times has the name changed?
now the new owners are trying everything in the book to get fans in the sobe look a white party. crap just play football. Mark my words it'll come out when parcells leaves this year and he more then likely will the new owners tactics drove him off. At least you'll have his frame work in place.

with down turn in the economy do you think it wise to piss off the visitors for Monday's game?
And again Don you missed my point the niners and the Jets had local history> I have been down here 30+ fing years and have never seen a orange grove in dade county. Now it's south central florida where if you have 36 people you get a full set of teeth? we need to travel 2.5 hours to get to an orange grove? i can travel 20 minute from the meadow lands and be at an airport sorry airplanes are closer you still lose

As far as your stadium renting from the Giants I'm just busting balls while I can because once you move into the new place I won't be able to anymore. But for now you still play in another teams stadium.
