Hes making up for last year. Edwards on a contending team now so all those talking about his bad attitude just need to wait. Winning cures a lot, its hard to complain when your stomping out the dolphins.
I agree, now that Edwards mind set is different fresh start and the focal point on a good team he should perform well. And this looks exactly like the Randy Moss deal to the pats too.
Mangini is doing the smart thing, strengthening the Jets and nurturing the relationship so he has a team to go to after he is fired from Cleveland. I wouldn't be surprised to see him back with the Jets in some scouting position in a few years.

This Jets team is built to be a force for a long long time. I believe we have one of the best young cores on offense in the league, in a year when Sanchez development is on another level, this group is going to be crazy amazing. oh and that defense will be pretty good next year too... This team is built to become a perrenial contender, and hell this offseason we were talking about being 4-12 to 7-9, heck a .500 season would have been success so we said just 2 months ago. Now if we aren't 7-1 at the break we are gonna be pissed! and you know what? I fucking Love it! Fuck Yeah!
