I was listening to the post game on 1050 espn radio and Brandon Moore came on. He basically said he thought they did a great job blocking up front and ran the ball effectively and then said....we just cant give up 14 points on offense. not generally about mark but that just can't happen. is this guy kidding? the offensive line played like shit and never got the run going...mark did make 2 bad plays but don't throw the guy under the bus and pretend your unit did a great job...are you kidding me?
Woody did a $hitty job at pass blocking today and there were definitely very little holes. Not all the OLines fault though when they have 8-9 people at the line of scrimmage. Sanchez has to put some sort of fear into defenses to back them off.
We didnt do a bad job running we begun to open holes, we just did not run enough... We did not show the commitment to the run game that we needed to and that's the bottom line.
What, he's right. We can't give up 14 points on offense. I'm sure he realizes that he and the other linemen had something to do with that.
the Jets need an extra TE or back in to block vs teams like that. Seems like the Saints blocked us a lot today with there backs. Our coverage was still good but if we were able to get a sack or two it could have changed the game a bit. The oline hasn't been great this year but it's not fair to ask 5 to block 8
Mark Sanchez said the exact same thing himself. He did not blame anyone but himself. That was on SNY after the game on the post game show.
no its not a secret...but as a rookie you don't need a member of your offensive line who gave you about .5 seconds to throw pointing it out like welllll we did our job and he didn't...
You certainly will never learn from your mistakes if you don't realize you have made them. I am sure everybody cut him a new asshole in the locker room after that game.
i doubt this fully....nobody cut him a new asshole....and if they did theres something seriously wrong w the jets locker room
He's a professional football player, he knows he fucked up. Moore was asked a question, how else was he supposed to respond?
What did he say that was so controversial? If your QB has 2 turnovers that the other team returns for scores, chances are you're gonna lose that game
not enuff speed there is not enough speed on the outside to put the fear of a deep threat into the hearts of defenses. what happened to clowny? do u see how well the receivers were covered? it seemed like they had 5 darrels revis' out there.
well moore isnt the only one mentioning it. Hell if you watched Jets post game via SNY, Sanchez was clearly disapointed in himself, and took the blame 100% saying it was his fault, and that he honestly wasnt sure what to say to the defense who put in a winning effort against the best offense in the league, other than this one was on his head.
