Maybe, but he Jets have to let Sanchez throw the ball. I want to see him get the chance to make those long down field plays. Let's see what this kid can really do
schotty runs a West Coast offense. And the Jets let Sanchez throw the ball plenty. He averages 26 throws a game so far. That's pretty good.
i dont see jets as a top 5 team in the league.. definitelyyyy not. although i love my jets, they belong in the 7-12 range..
Titans miss Haynesworth more than Schwartz, IMO. The Jets, however, won't "miss" Kerry Collins... :metal:
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/powerRankings?GT1=39002 # 5 NO WORRIES: Where to start? Mark Sanchez, who was terrific in taking over the Pats game in the second half. Plus, Rex Ryan's defensive mojo is working wonders. TIME TO WORRY: Believe it or not, there will be weeks very soon where Sanchez plays like a rookie. And don't get too hyped after catching the Patriots at the perfect time, with Tom Brady still getting used to game speed after missing all but two quarters of 2008. THIS WEEK: vs. Titans (1-1)
Kerry is a statue in the pocket, I think the key is not to let Chris Johnson get the ball on those short bubble screens.
and my gut is telling me its the Saints game. I don't know why, but that game just seems like they'll be enough tape on him to gameplan and beat him.... and the fact that Drew Brees is a robot.
That's what drives me nuts. We beat the Patriots fair and square, but we only did so because we "caught them at the perfect time". In the 2nd half of the Buffalo game Brady didn't seem to be having any trouble with the game speed.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/12248303 Great stuff about us. Already predicting Jets-Giants Superbowl.
CBS moved the Saints up 11 spots to 4 and the Jets up 9 to 5 but the time to worry for the saints was: TO WORRY: They've still only beaten the Lions, then Philly without Donovan McNabb. So if they haven't beaten anyone how do they move up so much?
