was it easily heard over TV? It was great hearing it in person at the game but I was wondering if it could be heard and understood through TV well?

 

It was Extremely loud over the TV. The announcers paused for a few seconds when it started, then started talking to try and cover it up.

 

Absolutely. It was loud and clear on Channel 2 in HD.

Anyone notice how shitty Channel 2 is on Cablevision? Kept going in and out. I missed the Leon Fumble!

That game yesterday reminded me of Rocky IV, during the Drago-Rocky fight at the end, when Rocky is saying that Drago can be hurt, he's just a man. Then they switch to the Russian's corner and Drago say "He's not human. He is like a piece of iron."

The Jets are that piece of iron, and Drago was cut yesterday.

A couple friends of mine called me after the game. These friends have two things in common...a complete lack of respect for the Jets..and a real hatred for the Patriots.

Both of them said the same thing. Great..great football game. Even the Giants didnt lay it on Brady the way the Jets did. They did it through the trash talking before the game. The crowd was amazing. My one friend said he turned to a friend of his during the game and told him "its amazing how you can destroy the mind of a qb without even registering a sack".

Thats the amazing part..the guy didnt even get sacked..and kudos to the refs for keeping the flags in their pockets and not protecting the prick.

That was the part that surprised me the most. I did cringe on a number of the hits they laid on Brady, expecting to see that annoying little yellow penalty bar appear up next to the game clock, and it never happened.

 

At least Bridget Neilsen answered questions like a normal person at the press conference, unlike Belishit. And she could barely speak English!
