    The Jets win for the first time in 8 years at home against the Pats and there is a thread asking about the 3rd string running back......... oh brother.

    whats your problem? i asked a simple question. i was just wondering because he was supposedly active. at least i didn't start the where's Gholston thread.

    ...just because he hasn't contributed right away doesn't mean he won't contribute down the road.

    Greene was brought in to be Thomas Jones' replacement. Jones is still here and as long as he is, Greene will most likely be a non-factor.

    The Jets have 2 very good RB's ahead of him. Greene is here for the future to be TJ's eventual replacement. But TJ and Leon should be getting the majority of the touches. I'm not saying Greene shouldnt be involved but its not the end of the world right now.

    Greene should be back soon..I remember he was a bit banged up

    A TJ, Leon, Greene tandem would be good though.
