Jam Russell played like shit today. How the fuck did the Chiefs lose that game with a 400-200 Offensive yardage advantage?
Actually it was 409 to 166. How did it happen? 9 KC penalties for 70 yards. A Cassel INT on the Raiders 6 yard line. An easy INT opportunity for KC that would have been run back for a TD that Brandon Flowers allowed to go right through his hands. A punt by KC that could have been downed at the Oakland 2 yard line that two KC players watched as it went into the end zone. A short pass by Cassel with 14 seconds to go in the half from the Oakland 9 in bounds, so that the FG team couldn't get on the field. In other words, KC gave it away to a team that they outplayed by a wide margin.
lol somebody once suggested we sign Leftwich citing a lot of things that were true but then ruined his argument when he said he had a quick release
With Jamal Williams going down in San Diego, Denver definitely has a shot to make the playoffs. The AFC West is just a garbage division. The Chiefs and the Raiders definitely aren't playoff teams and the Chargers made it in at 8-8 last year. Josh McDaniels is still a douche and don't doubt Jay Cutler yet. JC just led a hell of a comeback against the Steelers.
Gould puts the Bears ahead by 3 with 15 seconds left. Not sure why Nantz and Simms are acting like it was a surprising result - Gould is a very good kicker. Just because Reed missed kicks doesn't mean that he will. Bears now recover a fumble on the kickoff. Game over.
Bears take the lead with :20 to go, then recover a fumble on the kickoff. Down go the Steelers.
