It was only great until somebody showed the rest of the league how to shut it down (Giants). Much like Miami's wildcat was good only until the Ravens showed the rest of the league how to shut that down. I wouldn't be surprised to see nobody using it by the end of this year.

Why? Because they lost the second game of the season? I'm really enjoying the sudden overconfidence of Jets fans who have severe amnesia. The Pats are not the Texans. Can you try to remember that? If you win..good for you. I'll be here to congratulate you. But if you lose...I'll be here waiting:wink:

As I said, if we lose we lose. Everybody expects us to lose.

The giants didn't show anyone anything bro. Think back to the last regular season game between the Pats and the Giants. We won. We scored up and down the field and so did they. It just so happens the O-line fell apart in the SB. Hey, things like that happen. Brady was rushed all day long. I give the Giants all the credit for that. they certainly didn't shut the O down in game 16. Watch the replays if you can:)

Who's everybody? A lot of what I'm hearing is how good your defense is and it will be a good game. The Jets have made vast improvements on defense and I think it will be a close game. I fully expect the Pats to win, but hey, I'm biased:wink:

Bro?..Bro?....how many points did that offense score in the SB? They absolutely shut it down. I understand why you may have short term memory loss with that game but I am sure if you google it you can find the score.

Wow, so you are on the Jets bandwagon now? We'll sign you up. The people who predict these things don't agree with you though.

The Pats missing their Jarrof Mayo certainly doesn't help their cause. Bill is gonna have to crack the Miracle Whip to get someone to step up.

I'm here all week folks....try the veal...

Sorry I'm just upset because I believe we have the tools to be a dominant team for many years and now I have to hear about players making stupid remarks...when are we going to put all the pieces together and just play dominant football on Sundays and let the record and the trophies speak for themselves?

Yeah you do that. Sign me up. You need to take your ritalin and re-read my post. I'm not conceding anything except it will be a good game which you guys can't even do. I just hope you are one of the guys who will be here if the Pats win. I'll be here either way. Count on it.

gee, thanks for asking. It was 17-14 Giants. It was 38-35 Pats in game 16. Anything else? No? Move along then.

Why do you keep talking about the last game of the regular season which nobody outside of NE cared about? Certainly seems like a nerve has been struck with you. I guess you are seeing the big picture now.

I think Tom Brady eats this stuff up. Some people were saying he looked a little rusty in his first week. He's gonna wanna set it off on Sunday to shut people up.I just don't get why a person would want to make a team more motivated than they would have already been to start with. I was feeling kind of good about our chances, but all this talking the Jets are doing is making me nervous. Jets better be prepared to back it up, because I think the Pats are gonna bring it!

Do you really think for even a second that anything could get anybody on either side more pumped up than the fact it's a Jets-Pats game already? This reminds me of the second game of '07 when all the fools in Boston thought they would score 100 points against the Jets and they had their lowest offensive game of the year instead.

I like the fact that they are so pumped and must have a lot of confidence to be talking so much but man they better showup Sunday and back it all up..I never been a big fan of trash talking especially before the game, it's one thing talking on the field when you are winning 30-0, but this pre-game stuff can bite you in the a$$, especially when it's the Pats, remember what Brady did to that DB from the Steelers a view years back? He ran his mouth all week, Brady never said a word, just starred him down during the game as he threw all over the guy all day, including a TD pass...Back it up Kerry, back it up!!!!!!

Trash talking in general is bush if it's done in anything but a good natured way. Trash talking when you’re up 30 to 0 is being a douche bag and should carry a 15 yard penalty for unsportsmanlike like conduct and a spanking from their mom after the game.

Who raises their kids to act like that during a sporting competition?
