I actually think the score is going to be pretty low..... 14-3 Jets tom brady eating dirt the whole night
Pats 31 Jets 23 Brady gets going early establishing a rhythm with Moss and Welker. They had a few drops early in the game last night which stopped some promising drives. Watson has to step up and play like he did last night. The Jets will score on the Pats D that is for sure. But, I think Banta-Cain, Burgess, and Mike Wright will get pressure on Sanchez. Expect Leon Washington to have a good game especially on screen passes. The Pats' LBs showed last night that they didn't do a good job covering them. But, the Pats did play a specific scheme to stop Buffalo's deep threats last night. Expect them to blitz more and rely on more man-to-man with the Jets not having deep threats that compare to Owens and Evans. On special teams, I was real happy with the overall play. Ghost missed a FG, but he boomed some kickoffs. Their kickoff coverage was solid as well. Sanchez will make some mistakes because he is a rookie and it's his first big game. I do like his progress and think he will be pretty good. But, Brady will get in a better rhythm as the O-line did a pretty good job of protecting him last night. I thought he stayed straight up in the pocket nevermind what Jaworski was saying. He had good mobility sidestepping the rush. Matt Light played poorly, but overall the O-line did well.

Fuck you. Sanchez already played his first big game and the Jets dominated. Brady on the other hand looked like shit for all but 3 minutes. Brady will make mistakes because he has the lunatics in his face 3 seconds after he gets the snap.
The only thing that happens when you get your hopes up is that you get down. If you're confident all along, a win isn't that special. I'd rather be screaming happy or bummer depressed than confident happy and major downer if we lose.
Big game? It was the Texans. 1 game doesn't make a QB no matter how he played. If you are trying to compare Sanchez to Brady because he played like "shit"(378 yards is pretty shitty I guess), then I can't help you.

Guy comes in here (PatPatriot) and gives his opinion, which everybody else is doing, and you talk shit to him? He actually said positive things about the Jets, which is more then most Pats fans do, and you guys act like douche bags. Grow up.
378 yards on 53 pass attempts isn't all that impressive. Brady had a lot more throws that were off target than usual. Most of his deep throws were off, and he even missed a quick throw on a slipscreen to Welker late in the game. Brady wasn't the same dominant quarterback that we've seen over the years... He played fine, above average for an NFL quarterback, but he just wasn't "elite" as he usually is, against a very questionable Bills defense. That being said, what else would you expect after not playing a full game in more than a year? He very well may be on is way to being that elite quarterback once again, only time will tell... but looking at raw stats doesn't tell you everything... If you watched the same game I watched, you would recognize that Brady looked rusty.
Not that I'm sticking up for Rodimus, who is clearly a kid and has a lot to learn about football discussion... but I've seen some ham-handed bullshit from mods on sites like Patsfans.com, like blanket-banning IPs from NY areas and editing the posts of rival fans for their own amusement. I also know someone on this site that was posting there during the whole spygate thing and she made a not-very-antagonistic post that ended with her entire post history being deleted from that site. I don't think you guys have it too bad on this site, just ignore to twits and get to talking football.
