I bet he's pissed about the Wildcat play then... He shouldn't be - it's a realistic formation that is built for big plays.
I don't see a problem there. As long as you followed all the rules, then there's no reason for him to be acting like that.
He'll also be mad that I returned a interception for a touchdown, but I think that's fine after the BS I had to sit through for a full 10-minute quarter. Final score - 67-24 Funny thing is that his defense shut me down. He held me to two field goals inside the 20 and he led most of the first half.
How do you guys stop the wild cat? I ran an engage eight and MParty ran for 44 yards with Calvin Johnson xD
My stats aren't even good. Crabtree scored an 80-yard td pass when Hemijet went into field-goal block formation.
1. Putting Calvin Johnson in the backfield is cheap... 2. You're in my division, so I'll let you figure that out for yourself.
E, you're allowed to sub in a wide receiver in the wildcat, so it's not entirely cheap. What's Megatron's speed anyway?
1) Why is that cheap? I thought it was fair, isn't that what NFL teams do? 2) Haha fine fine. Do the Rams have that in their playbook? Or you use another team's playbook?
Ok, this is how I stop it...base 4-3 or 3-4 whatever you play. I'll usually have the D-lineman rushing inside, but i'll spread them out. Then i'll show blitz so everyone moves up and i'll audible so all my LB's blitz. And I also play as the SS, as you know so I have like a huge 8 man front with everyone within 2 yrs of LOS. And b/c I dont rushing the DB's I still have a couple back there to make the tackle if he gets through that block.
Hmm yeah that seems like it'll work, i'll try that. I still haven't seen anyone pass using the wildcat.
