I just read his tweet, it seems to me more of a haha Jets fans expect a big announcement rather then telling us to expect a big anouncement.

IMO, he isn't telling us to expect a big announcement, he is laughing at us because we are expecting a big announcement.
I don't know, maybe they like him and thinks he has some potential. Clemens could be hurt or they are thinking about the fact that Clemens won't be back next year. I can't believe a 3rd string QB is going to be the difference between getting Brandion Marshall or not though.
I'll repeat it since everyone ignored it. He probably meant the "big" announcement that Danny Woodhead was cut.
I'm pretty sure I heard McDaniels and Xan were trying to get O'Connell but he had to go to the Lions for one reason or another, as part of NFL rules. Orton isn't going to be able to throw, and I don't think McDaniels is sold on him anyway. So maybe instead of the Jets having to throw away a player they need, along with a pick, they get what McDaniels knows and wants....KOC. Let me add, the jets aren't going to add a 4th QB and take up a roster spot when they have lack of depth at key areas.
We already have Sanchez and Ainge with potential... we don't need another QB with potential! We are not a fucking QB farm for "potential" quaterbacks...
