and so is their description of the new stadium as " The New Giants Stadium". That is as sickening as it is predictable!

Was it wrong to have the following thoughts listening to these two jackasses: I was having thoughts of beating each of them to an inch of their lives and then lighting them on fire......... I think they were perfectly normal thoughts but just checking.
The whole NBC Presentation/Production sucked. -That NY NY Intro was horrible. -There was No 5.1 audio during the broadcast so it sounded like Mono coming from the Center channel only. -Announcers were 90% Giants talk Now, I know it was a Giants game but you have to realize that you have the broadcast of it and who the audience is. Horrible experience but It shows what bad annoncers sound like. I'll take Phil-Tell it like it is-Simms over anyone right now. ....And FTR, The preseason JETS announcers are a little homer-ish also because of Buttle but I think if we had the game they would evened it out big time.
Yeah, it was pretty bad. Don't forget that sometimes they had highlights going on during actual plays and when Sanchez was interviewed you barely saw him.
They were absolutely pathetic, biggest homers, and serious man love for Eli even though he wasn't even that great. No credit what so ever to our defence. Every team is going to be slightly homer towards there team, but they were ridiculous.

I agree they aren't the best but homers? Listen to other teams broadcasts during the pre-season. It's 10 times worse! They talked up Rhodes, Revis, Leon, and Sanchez. The Eagles with Herm Edwards is brutal.
Yeah they were big blue homers, but if I had to put up with them in order to watch the game, so be it--I saw what I saw with my own eyes and took their expected "homer" spin with a grain of salt. No big deal, come the regular season, I'll have forgotten about them.
Yep! It was fun listening to them rip the Giants receivers. I was surprised though for a Jets/Giants game the stadium wasnt packed.....
You guys know that this is the same announcing crew you would hear on the radio if you listened to a Giants game, right? Of course they give a ton of information about the Giants, it's their job. Every preseason announcer is a homer, if you think otherwise I advise you to watch some games. And for those hating on Bob Papa, he has a job calling NFL Network games as well. If you listen to one of those I think you'll like his work more (I'm not going to say why, but I'm sure you can figure it out)
