Pull for the Vikings....because the Browns are in the AFC and I have AP on my fantasy team

I have no ill will towards Favre, I have a lot towards Mangini. I will root against any team he coaches for the rest of my life, just like i root against USC, UVA, and whatever rec softball team rich kotite manages.

Go Vikings, I hope the Browns go 0-16.

I can understand the guys who left on their own in a shady way like Herm, Groh and Belichick, but why Mangini? He got fired, so did Carroll, so did Kotite. Debate their abilities all you want but it's not like they fucked us like the other guys did. Even Parcells stepped down in a decent way and hung around another year after Belichick skipped out so we wouldn't be totally holding the bag.

I see it differently. I'll pull for the Browns to win who I know are going nowhere with Mangini. Rooting for the Vikings to win would give them a better chance to make the playoffs and eventually win the conference and put US in a position of having to face Favre in the superbowl.

I'd love to face the Vikings in the Super Bowl. Revis would have like 8 INTs.

    Good answer.

I still would root for Favre and the Vikings. Why? They are the non conference opponent. Thats all that matters is that the NFC team beata the AFC team, making it a bit easier to secure a wild card spot.

I don't really care but my realistic expectations are the Browns or the Jets are not playoff teams so that rule doesn't really come into play with me. However I never really had any ill will towards Favre until I started hearing people on the radio or TV saying that Favre really didn't want to play for the Jets and he really didn't want to play in NY. They speculated he really didn't care about winning all he wanted to do was get back at Ted Thompson... He manipulated the Jets and really didn't have any desire to play for us. He didn't interact with the guys on teh team and was distant from them... he's already done the complete opposite in Minny. In my mind he has gone from one of the all time great QB's to an all-time great duechebag. Fuck Favre and I hope the Browns stomp the Viqueens.....

Mangini gave us the 5 pick to get Sanchez.

Don't care in the slightest, but I'd like to see Barton do well.

I understand rooting against Groh as he walked out on us but Carroll never had a chance as a HC and he was a good DC for us and while Mangini wasn't great he did have 2 of 3 winning seasons and a playoff app.

I posted basically the same thing then saw your post.

Favre wouldn't be playing if Minny made the SB.

I hope Favre loses every game he starts and does it in embarassing fashion. I hate his antics and stupid fucking attitude. I have nothing against Mangini.

Who cares? This game has absolutely no impact on the Jets.

    i say go browns.

and it makes no competitive mathematical sense to root for the AFC team. but to that i pose this.

if we have to worry about how good the browns are doing wtf does that say about us?

fuck bert. hope he chokes. but i still think adrian peterson could beat the browns by himself so vikings prolly win.

I root for a bone crushing hit on Brett Farve, and then the Vikes to win... I know its not nice to say, btu I'd love for him to finally just go away.
