Man these guys dont give up on giving Mark Sanchez love ...ok he is a rookie had a rough start (REAL ROUGH) and kind of bounced back when Ray Lewis and Ed Reed were out.... IMHO i think Kellen had the better night (given he was against 2nd's) He should have had that 2nd TD wit the brad smith drop. I just dont think sanchez had a good enuff game to name him a starter.

    What do you guys think?

The only QB who played well tonight started for the Ravens.

i think outside of that 2 minute drill clemens had a good night...but i think if clemens was in there against that 1st team ravens D he would not have done much better....

i do like that sanchez bounced back and threw that TD regardless of 1st or 2nd team...he showed resilience....clemens had a good night as well..

i think its a draw tonight...the qb job remains up for grabs

Sanchez should be named the guy tomorrow so the team can move on. Clemens in his fourth season could not beat the rookie and he has shown no ability to improve more than what he is, a below average #2 QB.

Sanchez sucks. Look at his numbers tonight. Clemens is no better, and worse, Ainge for the most part played a better game. My synopsis: We're royally screwed.

The Dark Side is 40-0 since the end of January 1969 at predicting season endings, in which we have not seen a championship in over 14,600 days, which is over 350,400 hours.

    arent you proud....

sanchez sucks?? 2 preseason games into his career and he sucks....

i wonder if this franchise would be more successful if the majority of our fanbase didnt have such a negative give up quickly attitude

He got rocked alot tonight, what else did you expect from the ravens D. He threw a nice TD at the end despite Lewis and Reed being out. Clemens did have a better game but against the 2nd team it was still better. Our receivers are pretty bad. Clowney continues to impress. An britt davis with a big drop and Brad smith is what i thought. A terrible wide receiver. We need to get another Wideout in here.

I'm starting to think you may be right unfortunately. Not a good showing tonight.

ESPN loves him so much they're saying he had 2 TD throws instead of 1.

I will admit before any additional outrage I kind of champ/raiderjoe'd it up with my first response in humor, although I am drifting towards the dark side.

Sanchez needs time to develop. 2 more preseason games will help.

Sanchez is the starter regardless of what Clemens or himself did tonight.

I don't think I feel comfortable putting Mark Sanchez in front of Mario Williams just yet.

I can't remember if it was Gruden or Jaws, but one of them mildly called out Schotty. He's got to call some pass plays that will yield a little confidence. Start the game with a few dump-offs.

And yes, Gruden was all over Sanchez's jock tonight. Sanchez was bailed out, ROYALLY, by Leon Washington. That touchdown pass was sharp, though.

    that's EM's avatar.

Anyone stuck around on ESPN after the game? If so, you got to see two of the greatest football minds break down the game: Herm Edwards and Matt Millen.

wtf Sanchez played decent against a top 3 1st team defense for the first time...jeez Ainge played well because he played against scraps... A couple of dropped passed and a offense pass interference also got in the way for sanchez. Though he did struggle early on
