I like everyone else got the ticket email. The question I have is if these seats are sold will the games be blacked out?

Technically, if the games are not sold out there will be a blackout. However, I'm sure Woody or someone will eat the remaining tickets

If games get blacked out, expect the world to end soon.

A NFL Game is blacked out if the game is not sold out 72 Hrs prior to Kickoff. This is the first year that I can remember that Jet games aren't sold out and that the entire waiting list of fans actually had the chance to buy season tix, and now half season tix. Way to go Woody

I have season tix (3) and have had them for 4 years, I have also been on the "list" for about 5 years with another 4-5 to go supposedly. I stayed on the list, hoping that I would have the opportunity to better my seats down the road..
A guy from the tix sales department calls me all excited about 3 weeks ago about this great opportunity for me...So I ask him, will this guarantee me seats next year? NO, If I buy these tix this year will it help my chances for next year? NO
If I dont buy these will I lose my spot on the list? MAYBE..I said what? MAYBE...I ask him for a little time to think about it...He calls me back yesterday, I explain to him that with the ecnomy the way it is, and ticket prices going up next year and the PSL's, that I'm going to have to pass on this once in a lifetime opportunity...Ya know what he says, its OK, most people are passing on this one..

    No Preseason Games Required Now

Hey you might want to reconsider, Jets box office is offering season tickets to regular 8 games only. No preseason required. 640 for season tickets in lower end zone, you get all 8 regular season games, playoff rights and get called ahead of waiting list people next year, uppers are 600.

Never thought I would see 1,200 for a pair of season tickets again. How are they going to sell PSLs?

Don't think a black out can't happen in NY.
OJ Simpson's 2,000 yard game, Dec. 1972 at Shea stadium.
    Not shown in NY.

if you think about it, a blackout would be the worse thing to happen to Woody in his PSL plan...

"Hey, We want your 2nd mortgage but you can't see the shit on the field before you buy it"

    ....YES!
    I pray for Blackout!!!!

I was at that game. Froze our asses off.

OJ was a very good RB but he had a hell of a line and a FB (can't remember his name) who could block like hell.

I don't get the question. Did you mean to ask if the seat's aren't sold will the game be blacked out?

I do as well. I'll be at the stadium, so I could care less if we black out in 2009.

Maybe that would finally get something through Woody's thick skull, but probably not.

But hey, he walks around the parking lot visiting tailgates from time to time. He cares. He loves the fans.

    LMAO, HA!

I'll be there also. I mean c'mon. I don't buy this whole BS they're pushing about why they moved TC to bumblefuk.

    *RANT*

The fact is, their fan base, Practice facility, Stadium is HERE not THERE.
    Talk about alienating us.
    -Ridiculous PSL Prices,
    -Moving TC
-Discount Tix for NON Season tix Holders.

I have been on Woody's ass for sometime now. I said he was a cheap bastard and I am sticking to it.

What happened to our short lived annual hats they used to give us? CHEAP FUK Syndrome that's what!

I tell you what, If after this season the only commemorative thing we have to keep is the pretty tix stubbs this fuk could burn in a Johnson&Johnson chemical fire if all I care.

    *END RANT*

Training camp is for the team, not the fans.
