I was at the game at Natinals Park on Wednesday night. Nice ballpark with a cool view of the Capitol over the LF fence, but there were barely 20,000 people there on a perfect night for baseball. Troy Tulowitzki hit for the cycle on Tuesday night. He also homered tonight. Anyway, Tulo became the second player in MLB history to both hit for the cycle and record an unassisted triple play in a career.

I read years ago in SI about Adrian Beltre not wearing a cup. He's a third baseman and doesn't wear a cup. Well, now he's going to be out a long time. He came back from shoulder surgery and got hit in the crotch by a hard grounder. Now he's going to have to have surgery on his balls.
