Flight Crew members as well as coaching staff and management are available to be drafted, so long as I have an easily accessible photo, and minimal cutting required. From now until Wednesday, August 12 - Members with 2000 posts or more [check your name in the Members list] are allowed to draft players The following week [8/12-8/19], members with 500-2000 posts will be allowed to draft. When you draft a player, please quote the entire list, and add your name on to the end. Walsh may or may not be doing TGG Adopt-A-Jet avatars, they will be a separate affair. I do work full-time, I will make these as I get to them. so pretty much people with 2,000 posts will take every player... Soss answer: Yes, that is the idea. These are a lot of work, and if I make them I want to see them, giving the big names first picks assures they will be well-represented. It also means I'm putting the work in for people that do their strong share of contributing.

that doesnt mean people dont contribute, i mainly post in the BS fourm which doesnt show up in the "stats" but people with 2,000+ getting a week to choose means everyone else is left with 3rd strings.
Perhaps I will drop it to 1000 over the weekend. I considered starting at a number far north of 2000, too.
