DHB is catching everything and running crisp routes . Raidersbeat/twitter
Wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey got past Stanford Routt during a drill, he drew the praise of Willie Brown, “He’s so fast and quick, got a nice release . . . we’ve got something for you next week, though.’’

Brown didn’t have to wait a week. Routt slowed Heyward-Bey with an initial shove. “Nice hands,’’ Brown said.

Replied Routt: “Gotta slow him down.’’ Routt is one of the fastest Cb around running a 4.2 7 at the combine a couple years ago.

    – Speaking of Routt, Cable said he’s in a competition with Chris Johnson to start at corner opposite Asomugha, and the reps would seem to bear that out.

now just need to draft a QB who can throw it to him without needing to take every other play off for a breather.

That why you have one of the better running games to lean on. Right there is all the break he needs.

McFadden Lining Up as a Wideout

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Darren McFadden Lining Up as a Wideout --
    Fri Jul 31, 2009 --from FFMastermind.com

The San Francisco Chronicle reports Raiders RB Darren McFadden continues to line up often as a wideout, and HC Tom Cable promises an expanded role for last year's No. 4 overall pick -- if only to get two good running backs on the field at once. "There's no question about that," Cable said. "You have to find a way to get those people involved because really they're all three playmakers in their own way."

Ive been preaching this all offseason on this board. Opposing fans are going to be supprised, just how good Mcfadden receiving skills are.; What a nightmare for opposing defenses having to account for him.(must know where he is at all times)

A wide receiver catching passes? A break through.

Listen...having the Michelin man under center kind of negates anything else...

But I thought they have the best secondary in the NFL Joe.

Does that make DHB the best receiver in the NFL?

If only Rex Ryan was his coach they could see-saw after practice.

Wow I heard the reports of Russell coming in over shape, but until I saw that pic, those stories haven't done justice.

Garcia starts by week 3. At latest. Embarrassing. Maybe he needs a 5 day liquid diet.

Do Jets fans actually bother posting shit like this on a Raiders board? I've never been to one before. Maybe their boards are too weighed down by their QB's fat ass.

IF Dhb can beat the best Cb in football (IN Asomugha), than he can pretty much beat any Cb. Thats what happened on one play, but garcia severly underthrown the football .
