Things could get a little tense in Steeltown....if there's any truth to this young woman's accusation. http://www.tsn.ca/nfl/story/?id=285219
Beat me to the punch, I was busy sending the link to my football-apathetic friend who happens to be a semi-not-too-distant cousin of Ben. The best part of this is his lawyer's statement. The wording is just insane. --- "This weekend, Andrea McNulty served Ben Roethlisberger with a civil complaint accusing him of sexually assaulting her in July 2008. Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone, especially Andrea McNulty." "In the event my client DID sexually assault somebody, it certainly wouldn't be Ms. McNulty. I mean look at her. You don't think a two-time Super Bowl winning QB could assault something better than that?"
Just because it took 1 year to file the complaint that does not preclude the fact that it might actually have happened. The Statute of Limitations allows certain complaints (frivolous or not) to be filed within a certain period of time, not necessarily immediately when the incident happens. While I agree that 1 year sounds a bit strange, filing the complaints now is still most probably within the laws of the State of Nevada.
I really don't care about this news. I'm just happy that Raiders insanity isn't the top topic anymore.
She probably sat on his face and his big nose went up her ass and now she’s complaining because she didn’t consent to anal.
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask you... would you rape that fugly woman if you were a millionaire? I think not. The defense rests.
where she gets the nerve to think that a two-time superbowl champion would lower his standards to consorting with, let alone assaulting a '6' is beyond me.
Case closed. That's Andrea McNulty on the far right. Those fucking Ravens will do anything to get a leg up in the AFC North.
The defense calls Natalie Gulbis... Ben Roethlisberger dumped this woman. The defense rests. ..thank you, Ms. Gulbis.
Rape has nothing to do with looks. Just ask any 80 year old or five year old rape victim. And I know you all know that. As usual, it's all speculation. I'm sure his legal representation will work out just fine. I don't think Roethlisberger will be writing 'I rape for Jesus' on his sneakers any time soon, though. Jesus should stick to deciding football games.
