Any D. Woodhead updates?

    any news on Danny Woodhead, I was wondering if he would be a good slot receiver he is fast and knows how to run in the open field. What do you guys think?

    I am a HUGE Chrebet fan and always back the little guys, so I'm for Danny to make the team. Would be a great story and another great FA signing, even though it was from last year.

    In Roderick Boone's (Newsday) chat, he said that he thinks that the Jets will find a spot for Woodhead based on how hard he plays, his speed, and versatility. He catches well out of the backfield.

    Meh, heights are 'stretched' as to true heights often enough. 5'8" is 5'9", 5'10" is 5'11", etc. If Chrebet wasn't that 'short', why did he look like a midget next to guys that weren't 6'2"? Or so it always seemed to me.

    Hehe, right, my point. Hey, just how tall IS Joe Montana? Anyone....? :)

    But back on topic, I'd like to see Danny Woodhead make it even on a small scale. It's a tremendous accomplishment to even don an NFL uniform, especially since he was undrafted. It makes a great story, and if it's a JETS story, all the better. I was really disappointed when he got hurt last year, so go, Danny, go Danny, go Danny! Of course I saucy danced when I sing-songed that. What else.
