    The RAIDERS may make some noise this year. The division is pretty weak. The BRONCOS are a mess, no one knows what to expect with Cassell and the CHIEFS, and the CHARGERS are too Jekyll & Hyde. If they can get some Offense going, they could do something. Hell, if the crappy DOLPHINS can win the AFC East, anythings possible. Maybe the the BILLS won't be 7-9 this year. Dare to dream.........

    True, but they are the second best team in the division right now, and if SD collapses, they could win the division with a 6-10 record...... Pathetic.....

    I thought you'd know by now. If the Raiders win the Division on a 6-10 record because of a Rivers season-ending injury and a total Broncos collapse, then the only reasonable explanation for this fortunate series of events will be that The One and Only Jamarcus Russell led his team to their first Division Title. Russell will cement his legacy in that Division in 1 whole entire season and no one else in the Division will be able to tell RaiderJoe otherwise.

    In a way, this thread sucks. NJRaider posts a decent article, and the discussion was going pretty well, and then with one post, Raiderjoe brings it all crashing down. Too bad he can't just be confined to threads he starts.

    Those accomplishments have absolutely nothing to do with the current state of the Raiders and Jets; the past 5 years do.
