I was a big fan of Chad when he was here. But i have never seen a team need to gimmick their way through a severe weakness as I did last year with Miami. You were lucky to do what you did last year,it's not gonna happen this year.
^ If you don't like listening to us, and disagree with us, then why - oh why - are you still here? When I don't like someone or something, I distance myself. I don't stay there and repeat myself like a broken record.
Fine. Let's play another game. This game is called, "Which one is it?". Ready? Go... And... FTP...which one is it?
Really? Statistically Chad has his best season as a pro, I find it amusing how Jet fans are trying so desperately to discredit Chad no matter where he plays. Miami added the wildcat becuase we were struggling to run the ball, not pass the ball. This isn't top secret information, this is common knowldge. AGAIN Miami ran the wildcat about 6 times a game, hardly the majprity of their offense. Is there a Jet fan on this site that follows the game of football?
Both, it's why it called a "TEAM SPORT"! The QB position is very important, but it takes more than one player to be consistent and win a lot of games.
Because this is a fan site for discussing football, just because you're bias and uneducated isn't my problem, it's yours.
miami had trouble running the ball because they couldn't go downfield since chad cant get anything on the ball. this is the real reason they installed the wildcat. once it was stuffed by rex's devestating raven D, chad tried to go downfield and the raven secondary had a party back there returning his long balls that resembled punts more than passes. lets be realistic here, since thats what you wanna do.
Wait, so Chad didn't lead the Dolphins from 1-15 season to a 11-5 season? Cause that's pretty much what you said in your later post. Matter of fact, I haven't heard much about how fortunate the Dolphins were to win the Division. From your posts, it just seems like Chad took it upon himself to win the Division for the Fish.
rmagedon, its useless. he will go back and edit the post so it looks like he was right. hes the internets biggest loser
I'm kind of struck by the irony of this thread. Chad won a playoff game with us every once in a while and all it did was perpetuate mediocrity at our QB position - we actually had to trade for Brett Favre to justify cutting him. Shouldn't we be thankful that Phin fans are in love with him?
Oh nah I know. I dealt with him earlier in the thread. I sort of gave up on him, but it's just ridiculous how he contradicts himself a lot. Here's another thing that bothers me about his response. Just how much "TEAM EFFORT" is involved in another team collapsing 4 games prior to playing them in the final game of the season? And how much "TEAM EFFORT" went into the season-ending injury on a Divisional player they weren't even playing against in the first game of the season? And I don't even wanna get started on the Wildcat. It's funny how the 1 game they introduced it in, helped them win the Division and used as little Chad as possible. Talk about luck. First meeting between the Dolphins and Patriots. Look at the scores, who scores, who makes the big plays, and Chad's stats. Then fast-forward to their 2nd meeting and see the results without the element of surprise. You take that game away and are we even having this discussion?
+1 I'm glad the Phin fans have Pennington.....he's a turd. I hope he crumbles in "clutch situations" for years to come down in Miami.
We followed it for what,5 straight years of beating your team. Now you finally win a game vs us and come here and talk shit. He was able to throw the ball because of the gimmick, whether it was 1 time a game of 10. It was the same thing here his 1st year with his playfake and CMart. That died out fast.
