I really can't believe he brought in Green in that spot. That's unbelievable to me.

And now Wright botches what would have been an easy force out at home.

Would be 4-1 with bases loaded and two outs if not for shoddy defense.

Damn. So much for the double play. I blame Jerry...You bring in a guy who's now let 6 of 10 inherited runners score with the bases loaded? Really?

Too bad for Pelfrey - there certainly shouldn't have been more than 1 run in this inning.

Good point. He had a better start than the box score will show.

Tatis was incredibly lucky not to be called out for interference. The bunt was a ridiculous decision, of course.

The thing I don't get about the interference call is that I don't see where Tatis was supposed to run? Unfortunately for the catcher, the ball was right between Tatis and the first base line.

He's supposed to stop - it's the same as why a baserunner has to stop if he's going to run into a fielder. That's why it was an absolutely horrible bunt.

Seriously? So he can just watch as he gets thrown out? That's a weird rule. Can't really think of an alternative though.

Yep. Murphy looked like a minor leaguer up there.

Maybe a little unconventional, but I'd go with a double steal here. I don't want Gary grounding into a DP, I want Wright to hit.

Can't really kill Wright, he's been amazing.

As always, Tatis versus Park results in the two grand slams story.

IF LEFTIES ARE HITTING.148 against Feliciano, WTF does Pelfrey even go out for the 7th?

Feliciano pitches 7th against the same three batter he retired in the eighth...Green comes in against the light part of the lineup....

    KRod cleans up.
