hotty god damn toddy. i had to listen from work, but we beat virginia in a thriller for game 1. 12 innings. had tomorrow off, bought a ticket to the game, a liter of wild turkey, a 30 pack of keystone, a cooler, and a two liter for mixers. the guy who was supposed to work decided to leave a note on the store's door this morning saying he was leaving town. naturally, the new guy has to work. not counting sunday off, this will be 11 straight for me. this will be my 3rd saturday working in a row. am almost pulling for uva tomorrow so i can get a sunday game.

No, but students who have a lawyer on speed dial generally don't have a record. That should say something as to why I might want one. "Are you prepared to go to court?" and handing over a business card is usually a way out of most problems.

Yeah, you're right. Clearly anyone who has student charges filed against him, then the day they weasel out of that gets in trouble with the police, and then gets kicked out of a college baseball game for starting inappropriate chants in a public setting, then comes to a message board to brag about those things isn't a tool at all.
You admitted in the first post that you were "leading" the chant. That might have something to do with it.
