I'm playing around with this now, and you can upload your own logo! FINALLY more choices than the 10 or so crappy preloaded ones. I'm a huge fan of creating teams and this is great news.

I'm not sure how to let others see the team, but apparently people can download it. Not according to the numbers I have in front of me. I just put people up there who would serve as a last resort for the site's defense because they're not dedicated to the primary purpose of serving Jets fans.

If you have Photoshop it's very easy. When you are done with the image, choose "Save for Web" when you save it and you'll be all set. EDIT: If you don't have Photoshop you can send it to me and I'll do it.
