I don't know why, but when I saw him, I thought he looked incredibly like Syndrome from the incredibles.

Pedroia looks pissed off too. Kind of a strange reaction to a nice play by the opposing team. It's not like there was even a question about the out at 2nd. I wonder what these guys think they saw.

Geez you guys are bitter. I guess losing five straight against your rival will do it to ya. Haven't you guys won 9 out of 10? Shouldn't you be celebrating that instead of worrying about what Papelbon did in the Mets series?!?!

Wow, that lineup would look bad in a high school game.

Buckethead off the foul pole in the top of the second, but Redding follows that up with a stinker. Walk to Bay, double to Drew, three run homer to Lowell.

The Red Sox catcher, Ortiz (0/9, 6 Ks in this series and under the Mendoza line for the season), and Ramon Martinez are all worthless at the plate.

All tied up. Wakefield is not very good today (it goes without saying that neither is Redding).

sac bunts off knuckleballers with no command of the strike zone is definitely the way to go

I agree completely, of course, that the bunt attempt by Green was stupid, but why don't the Mets announcers note the same thing about the even stupider bunt attempts by Mets players at the top of the order?

sac bunt attempts by a .300 hitter off of Tim Redding with a runner on second and no outs are even worse.

Red Sox screw up after having Sheffield picked off, but Reed K's anyway.
