Again - who cares? It all comes down to winning games, not somebody's opinion. Maybe this is a generational thing. I'm now an old time fan - almost 50 years old. I've seen so many football season come and go. The great thing about football is the quality of your team is demonstrated on the field during the season. I couldn't care if the Jets were rated high or low (I actually prefer low). It seems to me that younger fans are hung up on this "respect" thing and constantly worry about what others "think" about the Jets. I could be wrong, but I would guess that those who worry about rankings are under 25 years old. Why does it matter? Come September, everybody has to play 16 games. That will tell everything about the Jets, not somebody's list.

Brady is done, put a fork in it. The gimp knee is only part of the problem the guy is into hanging in lower Manhattan and being a celibrity. No edge no SB.
I don't know if I'll go that far, but do have concerns. Hopefully he can with stand the violence, and organized chaos coming his way week 2 .. You know .. Bart Scott and crew .. hmy:
