you just posted a picture of a catch? one catch? the guy drops three in a row and to refute the claims his hands are questionable, you post a single picture of a catch. Granted it is a leaping catch, and not a routine grab, its still a ball that every NFL player should catch, especially without someone draped all over their backs....

  2. Careful...the next stage in his ball of tricks is a link to DHB's combine numbers.

And just like Fox News' "No Spin Zone".... it is total bullshit, and completely one-sided.

YEa right. OR could it be that Jamarcus Russell throwing against some pretty darn good Cbs(N Asomugha, chris johnson and Stanfordt routt) Not alot of easy receptions there. Maybe raiders can borrow Jets secondary(lito Shephard, and Dwight Lowery) where any QB would look like a superstar.(alot of cushion) There is a reason why Jets had the 29 pass defense.

Yet the Jets went 9-7. Can you imagine how things will be if they shore up the pass D?

Dhb had alot of good catches the first day of camp. (was very impressive)
Little exerpt from Espn. There is no questioning Heyward-Bey's potential. He has off-the-charts speed and size. He has a chance to be very good. The big question in Oakland is if Heyward-Bey can develop quickly.
"We'll see if its year one or year two," Heyward-Bey said. "The thing is if I can stay healthy. If I stay healthy, I will produce."
The Raiders had to be happy with the first day with Heyward-Bey wearing the silver and black.

Not only was his blazing speed on display, but so were his hands. Russell said Heyward-Bey was "sure handed."
His hands were a concern for teams leading up to the draft, but he showed proper technique and hauled in several tough throws Friday morning.

Oakland coach Tom Cable's joy over Heyward-Bey was on full display after the morning session Friday. Cable almost had an I-told-you-so attitude regarding his new player, who he calls a "brilliant young man." Cable said Heyward-Bey will "keep proving" his reputation for having poor hands "isn't true."
"He's going to be a really fine player," said Cable, who admitted he tiring of having to justify the selection.

    Practice snapshots

A few highlights and notes from Friday’s minicamp practice before Tom Cable addresses the press at 2 p.m.:

    – Solid first practice from first-round draft pick Darrius Heyward-Bey, although he was taken to school on one in route by cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. Asomugha said later Heyward-Bey had telegraphed the play with his eyes. Heyward-Bey said he looked forward to more chances to compete against the best.

Heyward-Bey looked smooth and natural catching the ball in drills against no defense (thankfully). His bet play in a team session came on a deep sideline route in which he adjusted under an underthrown pass from Bruce Gradkowski and hauled it in some 40 yards downfield over Darrick Brown.

It was the kind of play a football player makes, but a sprinter doesn’t.

The second day he did drop three passes in a row, before feeling tightness in his hamstring area. Jeff Garcia (another great signing) Pulled the kid over and explain you can't dwell on the drops.

Typical rookies that have their ups and downs practices.

So again I ask you whose spinning what. Again not much of a sample to go by.

I thought the point of picking DHB was that he was supposed to stink, but stink really fast. He'd be clearing out zones but wouldn't detract from the amazing running game with production. Geezus, if he can parlay that one catch into. . . two. . . that screws EVERYTHING up.

YEa lets all sing. Imagine there wasn't forty years since your teams last championship. Its easy if you DENY. IM sorry but trading for Lito Sheppard and still counting on Dwight Lowery as a answer in your secondary is not improving your pass defense. Keep believing that and you might beliewve Mark Sanchez has an arm that can survive in the Meadowlands wind.

BTW, if they signed Lito, how are they still relying on Lowery? Maybe as a nickelback. Keep reaching joe. It is fun to watch.

You do know teams play with alot of three and four recieving sets. You need more than two Cbs. SO Lets count them 1 D revis 2 Lito shephard 3. Dwight Lowery .

Don't worry teams will find the weak spot everytime in your secondary.,.See Dwight Lowery who forced the Jets to gto out and sign TY Law.

YEa it hilarious how good N Asomugha is. IF no QB or WR has sucess throwing on him, what the odds of a rookie WR(DHB) coming in and doing any better. Again Dhb caught the ball very well the first day. Don't let the facts get into your posts. You will see DHB when your team comes to Oakland. Might not be for long as he runs past your secondary for a TD.
