Anybody else collect historical jet memoribilia including action pix,autographs, pennants,etc? I have a nice collection going, most of which is on display in my man den.
Just modern era or vintage as well? That's def. very cool although alittle too pricey for me. Especially considering the cost to put that kind of stuff on display. I've got a few autographed mini helmets/footballs and actually have a white Coles jersey that has several autographs from the 06 team...ironically excluding Coles himself. Do you find alot of stuff on Ebay?
Helmets I have are all modern. The jerseys range from 1992-2008. I don't have any early 80's stuff, but I'd like to get there someday. Jerseys are much easier to hide from the wife than helmets!

Cotchery, Rhodes, Clowney, Stuckey, Clemens, Drew Coleman, Chris Baker, Brad Smith and a full size helmet signed by Kevin Mawae, Kerry Rhodes, Greg Buttle, Erik Coleman, Justin Miller, Jesse Chatman, and a few other mediocre players. I love going to camp for autographs other then the practices, obviously. Can't wait to try and go to Cortland this year and get some more Mini Helmets signed.
Like you I have a 'man den' too , actually man + one very small boy(son). I like to collect anything Jets or Jets related especially if its quirky. I have a few autographed pics and pennants , license plates , jerseys, caps, beanies and footballs. Most prized possession has to be my Boozer autographed ball though. Sock monkey sits on top of it on my desk. Impressive collection I must say. I have alot of autographed stuff but I'm not "crazy" for the autographs...If i get em, it's cool but it doesnt make or break my opinion of my collection. I like to have one thing signed during my yearly trips to TC,sort of as a time stamp. That Lott jersey is pretty nice...although in 1993 they all wore the "25th anniversary superbowl patch" on the left shoulder...This jersey is missing that patch, so it may have been game cut? But Lott never wore this jersey... Hard to tell with all of the fake stuff out there, but at the price of $127, you really cant beat it. A real jersey by itself cost over $200 to make.
I have my father's cleats, practice tee shirt and shorts from the 1968 and 1969 season. I also have a ton of stuff signed from all of the reunions that he has attended. I went to the 40th reunion this past season with my son. It was awesome.
I have a steiner helmet signed by the SB3 team. About 50 items signed by Chrebet. a 16x20 i had signed by the sack exchange. A ball and helmet signed by numerous played at traing camp around 05,06
man den stuff I have a 3" button pin that i bought at a garage sale from Super Bowl III it has the sb date and final score..I managed to get this for .50,..I also have the complete die cast truck set going back to 1990 from fleer as well as some special tractor and trailers..ie: the Vinny Testeverde and Curtis Martin one..also have some planes and heloicopters..I was collecting just about all the fleer die cast I could find for awhile
