Guys, Sanchez is a nice kid who interviewed well and over the last two weeks was all over the place. His hype machine did there job and turned a lower first rounder into a top 5 pick. I have been a Jets fans for over 40 years and just when I think we are finally making progress with a good GM and now a strong H/C I see us make this kind of move. Many of you think we gave up nothing in the players we gave up for a nice kid who has started only 16 college games. Yet you forget just what the 2 picks we gave up could have brought. As a long time Jets fan I refuse to buy in to the hype around this kid, hell Farve himself could not get our offensive playbook down. Now many of you think this kid is the next coming. As a Jets fan I have to pray this is the case, but age and experience tells me there is more of a chance this kid will be nothing more then average at best. I put up a nightmare situation in another post, I pray to God it does not come true. Yet, this is the first part of that nightmare coming true. I do hope in three years all you folks who think this trade was the next best thing to ice cream, are not crying about what a peice of shit this guy is and how this was just another typical Jets blunder... Worst still will be if both Clemens who will surely be out of here as soon as his contract and feet can carry him, and Ratliff go on to be very good QB's for other teams. Worst still on top of that is, good QB's who beat up on the Jets regularly.......
