Its hard to rate them together... the trade to get the 5 pick is an A++++++. Sanchez is still an unknown... 16 games is exactly that, 16 games, in college... the potential is there. I put a B, and reserve the right to change it to an A when Sanchez is the starter for the next 13 years
I like the pick, no one knows how he will turn out though. He looked super excited. Anyone have the video of the pick?
I Think The Trade Up Was A Good Value. Picking Sanchez Sucks The Bone........................ With All The Holes We Need To Fill Taking 1 Mabye Qb Who Played Againest Very Weak Talent Who Could Not Win The Starting Job Is Stuped To Me. But What The Fuck I Hope This Works Out For Us. Time For Me To Go Get Drunk And Cry In My (dewers). Have A Good Night You'll.
Yea it is. I'm a full beliver that by the end of year 3 you usually know what you have in a player. The only exception is a QB that has not seen much playing time. With that said, my initial reaction to this pick is one of extreme joy.
I'm very satisfied...last piece of the puzzle... but we now have Marques Douglas starting at DE. I think he can be fine but we need to for sure draft a DE now. B+
It was such a gutsy move. I'm proud of this team. First Favre, then Rex Ryan, and then this! Bravo Jets!!! I love this team!
Burt was the worst move we've made in years. We'd already know about Kellen. We'd already know if we really needed a QB. We'd have another 3rd to move back into the second. We would probably have been in the playoffs. We wouldn't have had to deal with the Fruve-suckers. The list goes on...
Its hard to say on draft day. But the best coaches always go for quantity of picks over quality of one pick. Thats how Bill Walsh built the 49ers. Its how Bilicheat built up NE. Its how the steelers have built since Cowher. Trading up is usually a sucker move. Teams who trade down tend to develop faster and win SBs. Teams who trade up get a roll of the dice. So are we suckers? Time will tell. But one thing is for sure. We were more then just a QB away from winning our devision.
