Well, for a while now, I've been adamant about the fact that the Jets were going to have Mark Sanchez at the beginning of this coming season and that they were going to trade up in the draft to get him. I said I would apologize to everyone on here, if I was wrong. I've been wrong in the past, but this one I was dead on.

FU to all of you who called me names for even suggesting the Jets get him. And thanks Woody, Tanny and Rex for bringing in a franchise QB. It's about time!

To all the Kellen fans, Kellen may have completed some passes this past week or so, but he is still a bust. And Ratty, I supported him. I hope he does well during pre-season to get him a second string status. I want Kellen off the team.

    M-A-R-K Mark Mark Mark!!!

Kellen will start this year, and he could be a good player - we don't know yet.

but unless he pulls a Derek Anderson, Sanchez starts in 2010

Besides getting an elite QB prospect for basically nothing, another bonus is we don't have to hear about Ratliff and his great preseason anymore.

After what Matt Ryan did, I'm not so sure about that. The Jets have a great O-Line to protect him...We'll have to see how he does preseason.

Aside form Matt Ryan... LOOK WHAT FLACCO DID... thats the model for us and Rex. I fully expect it to be an "Open Competition", and Sanchex to start against Houston.

Im telling you right now, 100 %, Sanchez is going to start unless he looks absolutely horrible. Their are a number of reasons why, its NY, Woody Johnson, Flacco, New Coach fresh start with his new QB, and hes probs already better then Clemens.

    Sanchez is also a full-blooded Mexican-American, he's got a really unique story.

He's gonna be beloved in the tri-state area- he can handle the media already like a veteran.

Yeah I'm going to be surprised if Clemens wins the job over Sanchez in camp. Sanchez is too confident and polished to throw the job away and it's going to be handed to him, although the Jets will maintain the illusion of a competition to keep Clemens working hard. They may need him if an injury happens.

I think Sanchez will be the starter. They didn't pick him to be an understudy to Kellen Clemens. And where the h is Ainge?

The Jets were high on Ratliff, and when he looked so poor recently, they had no choice but to bring in another QB -- Sanchez, Quinn or some veteran. Sanchez was the best choice.

In the draft anyone can turn out to be a bust, but I think Sanchez is gonna do real well. He looks like he has all the qualities to do well in the NFL.

Also, who says Kellen Clemens is going to be the back-up? I think the Jets will go out and bring in a veteran to be the back-up and a mentor to Sanchez.

All Clemens knows is losing. When he played, he had the worst QB rating in the league.

My prediction is that Clemens will be third string or gone. I was leaning on gone for a while, but because Ainge has acted Strange, I think Clemens could find a spot on the bench.
