We gave up nothing for an elite QB prospect. Great deal!

The only real loss was the 2nd round pick. Great trade.

One thing a qb should have coming out of college is a good completion pct.
    He has that down pat

Nothing means shit until he's in his second or third year and we can decide what he's got.....this may be an unbelievable move, and it may be the most retarded shit the team has ever made.....today is not even close to the day to decide....

The Jets, in essence, only gave up a 2nd-rounder. I can't imagine how any fan wouldn't like this.

I don't mind losing Coleman, Elam and Ratliff or even the 2nd pick really and I'm optimistic about Sanchez.. but I would have much rather seen Clemens given a shot. I'm really surprised and disappointed by this.

Who is going to catch Sanchez's beautiful passes? We need an f'ing playmaking Wideout. Could have taken Crabtree.

So do we trade back into the 2nd round?

We still need a WR and now we need a DE. Also, no depth at saftey

I'm pissed...god damn. I really didn't want to draft a QB this year.

Another Woody glamour pick to sell tickets...not the best move for this year for the team.

Long-term, I'm hopeful because I'm a Jet fan and hope is all I've got...for 40 effing years now!

Besides the 2nd round pick, we gave up nothing, good trade even though I wasn't in favor of it. That is, if this guy is a franchise QB.

I was praying that Crabtree was the pick, but that would've made too much sense.
