I don't take anything you say seriously. Mainly because you aren't an actual Jets' fan.

Apparently you've only seen the 2007 NFL season and you're basing your opinions on that.

Its not like Campbell has been around for 10 yrs either. I don't like Cambell mainly because his decision making is far too conservative. Besides, at this point, if Sanchez does not fall in our laps. I would rather see Clemens play. If I had to trade for a QB, its definately not going to be Campbell. If we were to trade with the Browns, I definately don't want Quinn.

Derek is a better option cause he'll come in for cheap, has good experience, proven he can be a good QB in the league and has a strong arm. If u wanna go by purely what he did in Cleveland last yr, then the same can be said for the yr before. If he can do it once, he can do it again. Its not rocket science.

interesting...didn't know Campbell was on the sidelines...calling his own plays. Zorn must be in the locker room smoking cigarettes.....when the offense is on the field.

Well, when it comes to the draft, Mr. E's word is about as close to gospel as it gets around here. The guy is a scout who doesnt get paid by an NFL team. Mr. E as well as a few other draftniks like Jabba, are really, really good. So yeah as far as the draft and scouting stuff goes, I know several people "give a shit" what Mr. E says, myself included.

Or maybe we were talking about a trade, rather than the draft itself? Is he a good trading scout? You can't trust an organization what they have to say but you'd trust what Mr. E thinks? Good for you.

right...we'll have to make sure the Jets' "trade scouts" look into that if they decide to look at Campbell.

Well guess what! Mr. E isn't limited to just scouting college players, i know its a shocker, but once those college guys go pro, he does actually continue to pay attention to some of them. So yeah if he can scout a college guy and give fairly accurate predictions about his pro prospects, I trust he can project whether or not the guy can switch teams and be useful.

Um hello what part of what the organization has said this week do you believe? everything they are sayin is likely a smokescreen, how many trades do you think we are making? or better yet how many qbs are we getting? Also what the hell does believing what Mr. E is saying (that Campbell would be the game manager we want) have to do with whether we make the trade or not?

just give it up. You can not argue Mr. E's ability to scout players and decide whether they would be a good fit in NY. you may disagree with his opinion, but you certainly can't deny that about 95% of the time the man is dead on accurate about these players.

    ^^^^

I think that is exactly what Ryan wants someone who is conservative with the football.
