i cant see them just trading 2 1's and Campbell, id rather just try to get Stafford or Sanchez then Campbell, who we already know sucks.
The skins will offer their 09 first, 2010 first, and Campbell and there is no way denver can turn that down. They get 2 #1's like they wanted, and a starting caliber QB. Skins would be giving up way too much, but they always do.
Yeap, if there's a team owner willing to throw that much draft value at one player, it's little Danny.
it makes sense that Denver would pursue this....McDaniels wants a "game manager" type QB...and Campbell fits the bill.
The Redskins offense did suck last year, even with Campbell keeping the turnovers to a minimum. I can see the Redskins jumping into a Cutler deal without thinking too hard about what really went wrong last season. They live by the knee jerk reaction and die by it in a fairly regular cycle at this point. Kind of like the Steinbrenner Yankees in the 80's.
I'm almost fine watching him go elsewhere...I think we'd have buyers remorse if we traded two years worth of #1 picks, and a player like Harris or Revis.
Denver has to figure out if they want Jason Campbell or not. It's a lot to take on a starting QB when you're not sure if he's really good or not. The Redskins offense sucked last year and Campbell was right at the center of all the suckage even those his numbers looked ok in the end.
You and me both GH, then we can stop all these Cutler threads........and bring back the who do you want to start as QB threads
It would be awesome if Denver gets 2-1st rounders and Albert Haynesworth from the Redskins. Snyder is such a tool.
Apparently not.. It would save a lot of keystrokes if they did. Save a lot on anxiety on their part too if they knew that trading Revis or Rhodes can't be done.
