That was quick. I knew if I signed on, there would be a thread like this 5 minutes after his release. I seriously doubt T.O. wants to come to New York, and I'd be hesitant to bring him in with an uncertain QB situation and a rookie head coach. I'd guess his likely landing spots are San Diego, New Orleans, or Atlanta.
T.O. actually kind of behaved himself in Dallas and I really wouldn't mind seeing him a Jet. Jerry Jones is using him as a scapegoat for the Cowboys collapse, when in reality he's one of the most talented players on the team. He drops a few passes, but he's also had injuries which likely accounted for some of them. That's neither here nor there though since there's no way Rex would ever go through with it. TO wants a QB who will throw him 50 yard bombs and Rex wants a QB who will hand the ball off 50 times a game. It's not going to happen.
I recall him bitching at Romo and Witten this year. I recall him bitching at Jason Garrett the year before that; and I recall him bitching about Bill Parcells the year before that.
