    potential means nothing. all that is is a built in excuse. I'll take the guy who caught lame ducks throws and lobs and turned em into big gains over a tall receiver with potential. Cotch may be a #2 WR, but Williams wasnt ever good enough to be a 3 or 4 on a team that desperately needs receivers. Williams being 4 inches taller doesnt impress me or give him potential. If he was any good, im pretty sure the Jags wouldve started him more or even kept him

    For a league minimum plus incentives he would be worth bring to camp.

    He is great in the redzone and the jets suck in the redzone. Could be a match.
