There is something really disturbing about this comment to me.

Great move. Shouldn't have cut him in the first place, but it's been a good day. Really hoping we can land Sheppard and Leonard tomorrow. If those moves go through, our coverage will have improved immensly in two days of FA.

Very very smart, I was kind of surprised considering that Moore would not restructure his deal that he would test FA's I guess the offers were not as good as he thought

Aha! So this is why Brandon took the high road...!

You notice how hurt and wordy the center for the Ravens was when he wasn't resigned?

Coles buys out his UFA status & leaves on good terms. Brandon takes the high road when he's released.

I tell you Mike's on his game!

Maybe Coach Callahan wants to wait and see about his projects, Messrs. Turner and Hunter, huh?:):)

I think I would try and trade for Boldin now to make things complete

This is about as good as the 1st day of Free Agency could go.

So, he gets about 2 million more over the life of the contract, 1.5 million less this season. Kemoeatu clearly affected the market if we couldn't do this yesterday.

Yeah, they should have just paid the man, but I'm not complaining - I'm just glad Moore is staying with the team.

While I have no idea what they offered before the Jets played this beautifully. If they get Sheppard, Ivy, and Leonhard they will be in great shape come draft time.

They couldn't restructure his deal without completely ripping it up because of the 30% rules.

Which is what they essentially ended up doing.

That's correct. I don't think they ever wanted to get rid of him. But they had to change his contract.
