The Cincinnati Bengals have franchised Shayne Graham that leaves T.J Houshmandzadeh a free-agent. Thoughts. http://www.bengals.com/news/news.asp?story_id=7504
Incentive laden contracts with guranteed signing bonuses to offset salary cap figures could allow us to make a few moves in free agency.
My thoughts are, we have discussed this in about atleast a dozen other threads...where this belongs... In fact, can we make a sticky each for TJ Houshmanzadeh, Ray Lewis, Leftwich/Garcia/Warner, and Vilma trade? Thats about all I see on this board...everyday a new thread is created with the same things.
I don't think a pro-bowl player, or his agent for that matter are looking for an incentive laden contract. They will be looking for guaranteed upfron $$$'s.
That all depends on the interest of other teams in him. Alot can change in this years free agency market. I see the economy as playing a big part in player contracts and how much $$$ an owner is willing to fork over.
