Wait...I thought that you already called Cable the best OL coach on the West Coast. Or was it the student of the best OL coach in the history of football? Which is it? I mean, if Cable was the best, then this guy would be a solid #2 at best. But, if Michalczik is the best, then you just elevated a subpar OL coach to head coach. Or, does Tom Cable vacating the position of OL coach automatically elevate Michalczik to best on the West Coast? Is it more of an empty title, like a landed gentry or something, that automatically is passed down from Raiders OL Coach to Raiders OL Coach? Like, if Al decided to hire his morning bowl of Jell-O, would it automatically become the best OL Coach on the West Coast? Something tells me it would and you'd be praising its ability to avoid penalties.

Unlike what you claim to have, Michalczik has the knowledge of what it takes to play Oline in the NFL. So while he walked away from 300,000 annually to be Raiders Oline coach, we are left with a former high school olineman who thinks he some kind of oline expert.(on this board) BTw Kurt Keep negtlecting the most important position(QB) and it might be another 41 years before your team ever wins a championship again. Every single decade the Raiders have been in at least one afc championship. IF not for the Bo Jackson injury Raiders would have won a couple more. Sorry but you couldn't me more wrong. I am a Raiderfan going back to 1975. I probably forgot more football than you have watched in your lifetime.
