Yeah, I have one. I wore it like 3 times. I'll probably never wear it again.

That happened to me the year Boomer finished with the Jets, but the season ended before Christmas. At least you got one game out of yours.

I wanted to get one but never got around to it. If it's gonna be discounted at stores I might as well pick one up for cheap.

I bought an "authentic" knock off on ebay for 50 bucks...... I'm glad I did too.

like killedKenny said, I felt like a little kid at the beginning of the season, so it was worth it. I was a fan of his long before coming to the JETS, so no I had an excuse to have one. I hate to admit, the JETS haven't exactly had a collection of HOF players in my lifetime, particularly behind center.

    Oh well :shit:

Hopefully I won't be too fat to wear it when it becomes a cool "retro" jersey one day

I have one and it is what it is. I bought it because a legend was coming to our team. I was pissed that I bought it right after teh season but now I'm okay with it because I will have it forever.

The days of "collector's items" are over. Not when the mass produce thousands and thousands of jerseys and other memorbilia. This isn't like you are holding onto a signed Babe Ruth card. The only value is sentimental really if you are a Favre fan.

Not really, a guy was collecting happy meals toys since 1991 and was looking at $30,000.

So gobble up the Favre stuff people.

I'll confess, my girlfriend shelled out a whooping $100 dollars on a Favre jersey for me. Big bucks huh? I shit $100 dollars twice a day.

I'll also confess that I wore it proudly on Sundays.

At the very least a novelty, like the #45 Jordan jerseys.

Have to agree. And I will still rock the jersey from time to time when the weather is warmer.

She's not cheap. She actually has shelled out over $10,000 at my expense in the last 6 months. As for the jersey, she bought a replica, not authentic. I dont wear authentic jerseys of players who are not likely to play on my team for long.

I suggest you stop posting, its embarrassing.
