I'll grade each team after the entire mock is over - it may take awhile, so if anyone wants to help, we can break it down by divisions?

Thanks Baker. I wanted Curry in rd 1 and probably a Cb in Rd 2....had to reverse my thinking and go in a different direction.

English available in Rd 2 was a blessing.

Mangini would shit if he gets...Malcolm Jenkins and Larry English.

Great Job Jabba................Bengals are going to be stout up front and get some pressure on the QB.

My Brown's are done (No Rd 3 pick)
    1) Malcolm Jenkins, CB, OSU
    2) Larry English, DE/OLB, N. Ill

    Two OTs for Oakland?

Believe me, two OTs was not the plan but some of my targets went off the board in the last few picks. Maybin would have been a very good pick here. I would have preferred to take Beatty of Washington (if they had a second rounder).

I think that Beatty will rise to the first round after the combine so the value for this pick is there. Also, Oakland's OL needs all the help it can get.

Really thought Oakland would have snatched themselves a WR.............They like Henderson at Tackle for one of the spots from what I heard.

I like Beatty too, but the Raiders are supposedly really high on Mario Henderson, so they would have Smith, Beatty and Henderson, somebody would have to move to guard or something.

Moving one of these players to guard would not be a bad thing. The only player on the interior line worth a damn is Gallery. Also, Henderson only started a few games so keeping him as an inexpensive backup would be a nice luxury for a team that has a high priced QB and some nice running backs.

Off the top of my head, I'd say the following guys are the closest to a "sure thing":

1 Detroit Lions select Aaron Curry, Linebacker, Wake Forest
2 St Louis Rams Select Eugene Monroe, OT, Virginia
21 Philadelphia Eagles select Chris "Beanie" Wells, RB, Ohio State
30 Titans take Alex Mack, center, California
32 Pittsburgh Steelers select Tyson Jackson, DE, LSU

    and maybe

4 Seattle Seahawks select WR Michael Crabtree, Texas Tech

while these guys are the most "high risk, high reward":

9 Green Bay Packers select Michael Oher, LT, Ole Miss
28 Philadelphia Eagles select PERCY HARVIN - WR - FLORIDA GATORS
31 Arizona Cardinals select Michael Johnson, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech

...Oakland could have used a receiver. Offensive tackle wasn't a need.

They have way too much money invested into that offensive line - Robert Gallery and Kwame Harris both have unnecessarily huge contracts. Andre Smith would get a huge contract - and Beatty and Grove would have second rounder money.

No doubt. There is perfect unnamed receiver J. Russell would have loved to have.

BTW, thanks for making my pick!!!! The board has been a Ghosttown the last couple of hours, to be expected.

Kwame Harris gets a one way ticket out of town freeing up some valuable cap space. Harvin or Britt were off the board and Beatty was a better value than the remaining WRs.

BAP trumps need. Teams that make the mistake of ignoring this do not go very far.

Very sorry about that. I PM'd WW85 a list for both teams last night. I went to the Nova game at Noon today, and then I had a project to finish by 5:00. I haven't really been online until now.

BAP doesn't matter if you drafted one the round before. They didn't need to use another pick on a tackle.

There was also better value at WR in my opinion

Yeah...there's a guy that will probably be a mid-first round pick come April that's still available.
