Duke was the other person I was considering for Miami, I havent heard great things about him and that he might fall out of round 1 but I dont know what was wrong with him from the games I saw of OU. Bradford's gonna miss him.

And a hell of a pick by STL with Britt. He's tall and physical and is what STL needs next to Avery when Holt leaves soon.

Very happy to get Kenny in the 2nd. Trying to build an offense in St Louis, Britt and Donnie Avery make a great future 1-2, and they have Holt to learn from.

I agree here...I hope we do get one of the defensive players you mentioned but if Sanchez is there, why not?

Great pick by STL, Avery and Britt both have #1 WR potential, and they are different types of WRs, classic size-speed duo, could be one of the best pairings in the league in a few years.

There's another tackle that's rising up the boards that I would've drafted. They will be rated about the same come draft time.

Nice pick by Cleveland, I think they've got their eyes on Curry in the first round but if not, English should develop into a very solid pass rusher, he won't be as good as Curry, but adding Jenkins and English is definitely a step in the right direction for this defense.

English will fit in perfectly with Mangini's 3-4 D.

Jeaux, I did have a plan. It just wasn't what everyone expected to see.

I wasn't going to draft a quarterback with the first overall pick.

I decided against an offensive tackle, because I figured I could get Britton or an other unnamed rising tackle later on. I filled that hole too - with the Eben Britton selection.

I got my quarterback, who happens to be a potential first rounder, at the top of round two. In my opinion, Josh Freeman is the best fit for Detroit.

I still have two more picks in the third round - I'm happy with what I have so far.

Why do you think that? Stafford's arm is better, he's a lot more accurate, and Stafford actually understands how to run an offense.

I don't know if Matt Stafford arm is that much stronger than Freeman's.

Sure, Stafford has the strongest arm in the draft, but Freeman has better size and way more athleticism. Sanchez and Freeman have more potential than Stafford.

Josh Freeman had horrible coaching at Kansas State. If JF gets the opportunity to sit and watch the game from the sideline, he should develop into a solid quarterback. He has everything you look for in one.

I still think Mark Sanchez is the best quarterback in this draft...then Stafford...then Freeman.

I like Cleveland's draft alot so far the best getting two players who really fit their system well. Everyone has their own draft philosophy which makes this alot of fun. I would've gone Stafford #1 overall but I can see and understand the philosophy and don't have a problem with it.

I selected for Seattle in round 1 since the GM missed the pick, should I select again for him in round 2 if he misses the deadline (4:45 EST)?

There is no time limit today because of the Super Bowl. Things my have to pick up tomorrow -- sadly.

I thought the clock doesn't stop until 6 PM? From 6 PM to 9 AM it's off, that was my impression at least

I would say make the pick when his time is up. According to WW85 the clock stops at 6pm so business as usual before that.

Yeah l29 you should probably take over if Jetfanmack cant make it for this pick...............Probably would want to wait for WW85 for final decisions though. But yeah 6PM is when it stops and his deadline is 4:45 so should be good.

About time Moore went. Even with his recent falling, I still like him.
