    Here we go:

WR Bob Hayes, Cowboys, 49'ers 1965-1975
G Randall McDaniel, Vikings, Buccaneers 1988-2001
DE Bruce Smith, Bills, Redskins 1985-2003
    LB Derrick Thomas, Chiefs 1989-1999
Ralph Wilson, owner of Buffalo Bills, co-founder of AFL 1959-
CB Rod Woodson, Steelers, 49'ers, Ravens, Raiders 1987-2003

Great class. Woodson and Smith seemed like a lock

Good class I agree. Although, I watched most of those guys play, thus I am starting to feel old.

If DT hadn't passed on so young, I still think he'd be playing today. God he was good.

Why isn't Chris Carter in??? Does anyone know the argument for him not being in? This is crazy.

Yes there is a great argument. People deserve to get in over him. Hell Klecko is still waiting to get in. Only a handful get in a year, so eventually he will get in, but at the moment he wasnt voted in.

He created The X-Files. He never played in the NFL nor was he a league commissioner or head coach or pioneer.
As to Cris Carter, I guess since Art Monk had to wait, then Carter has to wait, too. Carter put up better numbers for the most part, but many people, including myself, do not think Carter was better than Monk. They were similar as pass catchers, but Monk was a better blocker. Also, Monk played a lot of tight end and H-back for Joe Gibbs and Monk was really good when asked to play that role.

He deserves induction. The selections this year are good. There isn't much to complain about here, except for the fact that Claude Humphrey should have made it this year, too.

Claude Humphrey absolutely should have made it in this year. It is terribly disappointing that he didn't get in. I've been all for Cris Carter getting in, but I don't mind him not getting in this year. I'm very happy to see Derrick Thomas finally get in. Carter and Sharpe should get in next year.

I have also heard a lot of rumblings for Klecko of late. Look for him to get a big push next year.

He won't get in next year also, Jerry Rice is up and rarely do they have 2 players of the same positions.

Ray guy will not make the HOF. Kuechenberg probably won't make it either. Carter will probably get in next year. So should sharpe.

I'm waiting for Ben Coates to get into the Hall. About half as many receptions and yards as Sharpe, but nearly an equal amount of TDs and a FAR better blocker. Hasn't even hit the top 15 yet.

Rice, his last season was 2004 with Seattle/Oakland, but will his ceremonial one day contract with the 49ers in 2006 effect his eligibility?

Ray Guy has a great shot at the HOF, but realistically, I think he gets in with the senior vote 15 years from now, same way Kenny Stabler will. Would love to see them both get voted in the same year tho!

Great class. It bother me that Randall Cunningham's name rarely comes up when talking about potential HOFer. He was one of the most incredible athletes I've ever seen. It's a travesty he had to play for the Eagles.

Canton, Ohio Summer 2011. Seems like a good vacation to see Curtis get in.

I think his preseason tryout with Denver will push him to 2011.

That doesn't matter. He'll be enshrined in 2010. You take the last regular season in which the player appeared in a regular season or playoff game and six years later is when the guy can be inducted.
