Espn has it's very 1st male cheerleader joining the staff. They'll be hovering at .500 for the next few years. I'll try and click over from the NFL network on sundays to get a laugh or 2.

there is nothing that is worthy of praise, you will always come up with some bullshit but the "truth" is that there really was nothing to praise him about.

i do not enjoy missing the postseason, however i also do not enjoy having a team that could have done better but did not because of the tool running it. i am not happy with 9-7 whether we make it or not, its a piss poor record and doesnt deserve any praise. i do not enjoy losing games that should have been won but due to the ineptitude of the hc we lost. i do not enjoy playing like crap the first quarter of the year EVERY YEAR so we have to dig our way out of a hole.

i do not enjoy the same mistakes being made week in and week out, year in and year out. but i guess you do.

its more frustrating to deal with one jackass ruining what was a very good team than it is to just have a team that sucks and is working toward getting better. herm left the jets in a far crappier situation when he left than it was when he got here.

he has proven all over again these things in his stint in kc.

and he is still full of shit and blames everyone else and doesnt take responsibility for anything. then he goes ahead and doesnt fix any of it.

now he has officially given up and realized he is not a good head coach. he has left the profession.

so answer me this now that herm realizes that he sucks will you ever realize it? probably not.

If it wasn't for Herm, we'd have had higher draft picks last year and this year. No way we beat the Chiefs this past year if anyone BUT Herm was coaching them. He gave Favre the opportunity to win that one.

Herm's hard to figure out. Seemed like a great motivator who could have been a good coach for years to come. His conservative ways never seemed to make sense.

I don't enjoy missing the post season, but we missed the playoffs this year for the same reason that Herm's teams lost in the post season. The HC did not put the team in position to do better.

unlike Meyshawn, Herm doesn't think he is the best coach to have ever coached.
And he is just plain entertaining.. I think its a good fit.
